This app is good and functional. I had an issue with adding my DL and I reached out to their support through email. The was fixed in a day. Apart from the app, customer service is what made me rate 5.

Why does it ask to choose a language every single time I open the app? More over, it specifies that we have to use our mobile data — it doesn't work if it's connected to a WiFi network. The insurance info isn't getting updated, even after switching on mobile data. Edit : Apparently a bot has replied to me. Or, maybe, it's someone who doesn't understand English.

It is continously asking for ensuring mobile data is on. I am on wifi. I am unable to see the virtual RC. Neither I am able to create virtual DL. Nothing is working. Looks like I have to add all the details again. After multiple restarts ut is saying please try after some time. When I try it is back to ensure mobile data is ON.

I have been using this app for more than a year now. But since last 1 week the app is having an issue with RC/DL updates - it gives an error as "Mobile Data should be ON to access the Services of mParivahan App. Ensure your Mobile Data Connectivity and try again", eventhough my Mobile Data Connection is up and running. So, I'm unable to update my RC (insurance details) and this could be a problem. Please rectify this issue on urgent basis!

Updated: App constantly asking for mobile data on wifi. Don't allow to use wifi. Highly disappointed.There are several flaws in this app 1. To view challan for your vehicle, which is already added in your RC or shared RC with you, you need enter all vehicles details again. This is pathetic. There is no flow to add challan for already RC. 2. There no way to pat challan fee directly from app. App. almost has no usability

I have downloded and used this APP for quite sometime. I find it user friendly and very helpful. This APP will be handy while travelling as Licence, Insurance, PUC, and ofcourse, all the information about vehicle is available on dashboard even when DATA is not available. I absolutely love this APP especially at times of long distance travel.

The app is good, but some corrections are to be made. The dl has a column as Son/Daughter/Wife of., this is displayed correctly in English, but the display and translation in other languages has changed meaning (ex:- "son of" in other languages has a meaning of the dl holder's son's name). Do rectify it by proper translations

As I got reply that as per latest update dl or rc searched in mobile data only..... but what is the issue/problem with searching via WiFi. If I am using WiFi only, no mobile data is using. If u want to check my rc or dl, I have to recharge mobile data only of that ?. That is not good, It should work with both WiFi and mobile data....that is the flexibility/easyness/ user friendliness

Since it has been installed it always ask to update. I don't know for what reason as its always been updated. It has no use of providing virtual VIRTUAL RC. On a face of it when app opens it says ''Unable to Update the Virtual RC. Please try after some time." A bundle app.

I am not able to RC information when I am on Wifi. I have to switch to mobile data which is very slow.
