An app for your needs There are two ways to subscribe to MonCash: Self-subscription and Full Wallet Subscription. • Self-Subscription: To subscribe by yourself, any Digicel customer aged 18 or older can enter their last name, first name and date of birth in the app. Then, they will also have to select a four digit secret PIN that will protect their transactions. Self-subscription gives you access to a Mini-wallet that can contain a maximum of 7,500HTG. • Full Wallet Subscription: To have access to a full wallet MonCash account, you have to fill a form with your personal details at any MonCash agent location or any Digicel Store. A full wallet gives access to a MonCash account that can contain 75,000HTG.

I've been using the MonCash app for a few months and really like it. The "Transaction History" needs to show more than just the last 3 transactions. Somebody paid me part and then a week later the rest. I wanted to add them together to verify, the the prior weeks transaction was already pushed off the list.

With the MonCash App, all your basic needs will be met; send/receive money, pay merchants (albeit a VERY short list and most of them has to do with gambling), the fees are acceptable, etc... However, the limits are way too low, considering the Haitian Gourde (HTG) has pretty much no values. Worse, if they want to be compared with PayPal (that's the universal model), THEY HAVE to give the option to link a bank account or credit card. Until then, they are a 3 star app to cover just the basics. 😉

Yes, Moncash is a great app! Especially since you've connected up with Sogebank. I use it all the time. Room for improvement : Yes. Lower or eliminate fees for personal use. Use others ways to generate profit. 😉 It will virtually replace cash. If you don't do it someone else will.

This is a great app I love it, this is an easier and faster way to make transaction, paying bills, transferring money to your love ones. But it could be better if I was able to deposit a larger amount to my account.

Great App! However I thought I'd be able to recharge my MonCash Balance with a card just like I can recharge my phone balance with a card on the MyDigicel app with TopUp. Is that gonna be available soon to facilitate person to person payments?

To whom it may concern this app would have been better if you was able to use this app in any country and send money transfers everything else to haiti to the person thats in your contacts list to their account...i see it wont let me change the area code...

Why Can't I just verify my account using the app? I could just take a picture of my ID and send it even if it takes months to have someone verify it it would be better at least to have someone be able to get the verified wallet.

very easy to use, but they have to correct how the app handle failed transaction. cause i already lose money in broken transactions
