    The app overall is great. The chat is only in Finnish language which is not great for English speaking customers. Would be great if they provide service in English as well. After checking it again, found that the chat is also possible in English. One star more for that now. :)

    I'm forced to have the app to pay my bills but I never get any notifications about when I have a bill to pay, so I have basically had to pay penalty interest on every bill, because Telia does write to me when a bill has expired.

    I am trying to buy a Multi sim and every time I try to purchase it, the app/site log me out, so I can't but it from the app/site. On top of that the Swedish and English pages are almost non existing. For such a big company, who also exists in Sweden, this is in my opinion week. if you don't want to spend time building your site in other languages, why not simply take your pages and put them into Google translation tool? I have also been in the queue in the chat for 30 minutes now.

    Unbelievably bad UX. The app automatically logs you out after an update, and 9/10 times you can't login using your bank credentials (op, s-pankki) / mobile ID (mobiilivarmenne) . Installing and uninstalling the app doesn't help, and having to use Telia sign in is frustrating. This app is a disgrace, really.

    A nice attempt, unfortunately it is failed by their customer services using a different system with out of date data. The information available is therefore irrelevant to the system status. The case in point is the visibility of my paid bills and two separate customer service representatives telling me I have unoiad bills when I don't.

    I don't receive any invoices and the website is in Finnish. I'm forced to install the app to pay my phone bill. And that's the only place where i can leave a feedback. I'll switch back to DNA, at least they sent me invoices that i could pay Upd: the website has an English version of the landing page. After you login into the website to see invoices - everything will be only in Finnish.

    It Needs too have a better customer support, it's non existant on the chat by the app (always error to start and when using Web page there is always and absurd wait to someone tells you to wait a return call that never happens). Probably i will change the phone provider.

    A pretty decent app, but has it's downfalls. You unfortunately need to sign in again after every app update. Push updates about new invoices would improve the user experience considerably.

    Come on telia. Adding English language shouldn't be that tough. More so for a telecom giant like you. I already know that Finnish is the only supported language yet, but I sincerely hope that a responsible company as big as Telia doesn't ignore its non-finnish-speaking customers base.

    Seriously why is it so hard to have a language selection in almost 2019? I get spammed with finnish texts everyday from telia, site EN still works as FI, now this app too? English is a global language, with just that you could cover all of your consumers language barriers, but no to difficult for telia.
