WORST EVER APP I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!TRIED TO ORDER A PHONE FOR 5-6 TIMES.Search didn't show the phone first.After searching in Google and then opening in the app,First 4 times didn't let me proceed after signin through phone or gmail or fb-after signing in through one method they will ask to signin through another method.After some how signing in and adding the products to the cart they keep signing me off.aftr tht payment kept failing coz tht model color was not available.RedMi9PowerBlue🤦

Never ever buy any product from Mi store. I have bought a TV and when I tried to replace it due to technical issue the serial number says it's a mobile phone and customer service keeps on saying that they have sent Email and escalated the issue and and mentioned the issue to higher officials.. but it's been weeks since they say these false statements. Am fed-up with this company for the first time.. Once it was my favourite company but now am done and am moving legally against them.

Everything is OK but refund process is sucks. It's almost 18 days I have not get my refund. Everyone on customer care will told you that you get your refund in next 3 working days but it really not happen. When you return something and accept for refund it wouldn't be happen.

I no longer trust this app, not refunding after order cancelation and the order was not even shipped. I have been told to wait for 7 days and still now they have not refunded its been about a month since. Gave me a refund order id which us comepletely useless. No email or msg from their side about the refund. Whenever i call them about the issue they always tell me to wait. Its been about a month. So, product may be good but never expect them to refund your amount.

I purchased a power bank, they sent me the box only with manual and usb cable (no power bank). I raised issues, they showed that- they are very much supportive. It's been approx 30 days, they are just passing the time by closing the case automatically and again raise new ticket whenever i called to them for Follow-ups. Worst experience ever, they cheated with me and now not returning my claims by saying that- we investigated with delivery service provider, product has been delivered to you.

Worst app ever. Fraud app zero star for this. My money was deducted 2 times but the order didn't placed. I paid thru Mi pay which is also fraud. My Rupees 59998(29999×2) was stucked. No one taking the responsibility saying that it was some network issue. They are holding the money for weeks and using it. They don't even care about it.

Don't buy any product from mi store. First of all don't download mi store app.#1 app in poor customer care.I raised issue and it has been 18 days till now and I also sent mail 5 times and chat with 7 customer care but no information about the issue and still now issue is not solved.I didn't see any app like this before with poor customer care.

I have purchased 10t pro 5g. In January ,facing issue of hanging while receiving call and calling ,went to service centre ,they said updated software is not available with them and replaced with new one ,after two month facing the same issue with the new one , visit the service center flashed and given back ,but still facing the same issue ,but service person are asking to use it.

E commerce is not suitable for mi. The app is very poor in handling the buying and the update status. Delivery mechanism and the speed is so bad..Eventhough the product is availing in the same station you have to wait for 2 weeks to get..The delivery net work is very poor. We can get same day delivery in other ecom stores.
