MetLife Worldwide Benefits is making it easier for expats and globally-mobile employees to manage health care with our latest mobile application. Easily and securely access member information and services including provider search, ID card, policy documents, and claims.
Features include:
View ID card, email ID card, request new ID card
Search for providers practically anywhere in the world
Get directions to your doctor with your phone’s navigation system
Submit, save, or check on claims
Review processed claims and reimbursement information
Cross-platform compatibility, so you can start a claim on one platform and finish on another (desktop to mobile)
Access your policy documents, including Schedule of Benefits
