This application is intended for dental plans customers of MetLife Brazil, for collective product (Group) or individual. It offers a fast and easy way to access the information on your dental plan. Among the features are:
- Digital ID card;
- Dentists and Clinics Search (Affiliated);
- Treatment history using accredited network;
- Prior request for reimbursement (only for beneficiaries who have coverage for such) and status monitoring;
- Refund request (only for beneficiaries who have coverage for such) and status monitoring;
- Covers information according to the contracted plan;
- Registration information (address, contact information, etc.);
- Dictionary for clarification of dental terms;
- Notifications online to any change in status of their treatment and reimbursement procedures;
- Contact Information - Chat + Phone
- Evaluate a provider (dentist / clinic)
