This app is very easy to use. I love it. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to deposit checks through the app. Other than that, it's great 👍

It is extreemly difficult to get the app to accept a picture of a check. Ive had to try 12 different colors of backgrounds , 4 different distances, different light levels and retake to same picture more than 20 times. Sometimes the check is still rejected. I work durring bank hours and usually dont to have time to drive to the bank for deposits & fear being robbed or assaulted if I'm trying to make late night deposit.

Would be GREAT, but it has 4 panels (checking, savings, visa, and some info banner for e statements). The banner for e statements takes like 3 minutes to load and the app freezes until that panel loads. Other than that, it's a great app. But im giving 2 stars cuz it freezes for so long for what appears to be a simple image link.

This app is not amazing. The fact that it has ads is ridiculous. It takes forever to load. Once it's loaded you have to tap the screen 1,000 times before it will actually go where you need it to. It needs work!

I love this app! It is easy to use and deposits are a breeze. I've not had 1 problem. Certain things like stop payment still require going into a branch, but that's all.

Loved how convenient it was to quickly check on accounts before the update, now it takes forever to load and once it loads it often crashes. Currently unable to take pictures of checks to make mobile deposits. Loved this app before but disappointed by the slow speed and continual crashes!

This us my first banking app ive downloaded since this is my first bank ive went too, but why in gods name does it fully sign me out when i enter and exit the app? Thats rediculous i left to search something i was confused about and the app just totally closed on me and kicked me out to sign back in meaning i had to go through the whole process back to where i was before it kicked me. Theres a word to describe something like this Its tedious

The one feature that I downloaded the app for (taking snapshots of checks with my phone camera) doesn't work. Tapping the screen is supposed to focus the camera as take the photo, but it just sits there.
