Not very happy with the new features. If before i was easily able to do all necessary payments from my phone, because of push tan I cannot do that anymore. No transfers are possible from the phone, i need my PC. I find it very inconvenient as normally the phone is all you have on the go. Now for me this is useless. Dissapointed...

As a developer, I have to say the app sucks. 1) Log in to the app takes ages (~10-13 seconds) 2) ONE! five digit code is enough to log in to the app and to transfer money. Where is the 2FA authentication?!? 3) It seems the only "security" is that the login will take so long time that a brute force or such attacks will take too long.

After installing this app an activating its “pushTAN” feature, I found I was unable to make payments through the widely-used Klarna Sofort system— either from the app (e.g. for TransferWise) or from the desktop. The attempts would time out at the stage of waiting for the pushTAN, or of logging in, respectively. As well, I am unable to return to the old smsTAN system or log in to my online banking by any means except pushTAN. I don't understand why the app was released without checking that this basic functionality worked. As well, I don't understand why backup 2nd-factor authentication options are not provided for online banking, e.g. in case the user loses a device. These failures of very basic functionality severely reduce my confidence that my financial data is being managed competently and securely by the bank. EDIT: despite the reply “Klarna ist wieder möglich” from the developers, I continue to receive the message “Signatur momentan nicht verfügbar. Bitte später noch einmal probieren” when attempting to make Sofort payments.

Does not work on Wiko Highway Pure phone. These phones have never had a problem with an app. When those in charge of this Raiffeisenbank app were contacted by the bank, we were told 'sorry, doesn't work for everyone'. ALL customers of Raiffeisenbank should have the same access, ALL customers should be treated the same. This is terrible.

did not work, all I got was the picture of a landscape with no functionality, no response to my E-mail from developer.***update*** i received feedback after 8 weeks from Raika, the error is fixed and it is possible to see the acount balance BUT i attempted to transfer money and although I went thru the process twice (including push tan) no transfer was done. i had to use the old app and it worked without any problem

Works on 5 year old phones that never get updates and are horribly insecure, but if I install the latest lineageos with newest security fixes, I can't use the app because "custom rom's are insecure? What a poor excuse. Custom rom's are the only way to keep old phones secure because phone vendors don't provide updates. Update: It works when I install Magisk. So I have to install a shady app to trick ELBA to work on my secure lineageos phone. So much for caring about security. What a joke

the app does not allow for notification settings. there are too many notifications. the interface is very poor, no options, not many settings, menu is extremely non intuitive. if the app is open, and i am doing a transfer on my pc, the app does not receive the tan conformation code, i have to close it, cancel the transfer and do it again.... many more issues, the app is genuinely poor, and does not reflect modern banking, and options that an app should have
