Excellent app!!! Especially for property management! Incredibly easy to use. I was up and running in 30 minutes. Excellent support too, thanks Matt. I highly recommend. This allows tenants to put in a work order. Even better! I've tried many other apps out there but this out performs them as it is so very simple to use but very powerful too! Being a small company, this fits my budget and I'm very happy I found this app!

Seems alright. There's barely any local saving/cache unless you tell it to, load times are way too long, especially for facilities with terrible service. This works for one facility only, doesn't work if you have more than one location. Relies on service/wifi too much. Could be better.

I have tried close to 90 something work order management apps, this one hands down beats all of them. It's easy to use, covers everything, awesome layout, clean UI. Customer for life Feb, 17, 2021 Still loving this app each update it just gets better, the only suggestion I have is please consider making a downloadable version for windows, the web version is great, but in the field my laptop doesn't always have a wifi connection an my phone runs the app great but it's hard to type on sometimes

This is hands down the best Work order app on the store!! If you are an inspector and spend hours on paperwork and checklists, you need to really look at this an a legitimate alternative. It'll save you time and keep you focused on the work!

Working as a City Marshal and tasked with code enforcement and other area issues, this app makes the reporting of any defects to the City Superintendent and maintenance staff. The option to attach photographs is especially useful. Highly recommend for any organization.

I work in commercial property management and this app keeps me organized. Everything from preventative maintenance schedules to one-time repairs can easily be tracked. The ability to quickly add images and other documents makes it easy to go back and reference jobs. I also like that I can assign my items to another manager when I am on vacation.
