Pretty solid app so far. One thing though, it offers you the opportunity to buy the metal pack that has 20 additional jam tracks but there is no way to preview the tracks. Breaking News: MOST PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO PREVIEW A PURCHASE AND NOT BLINDLY BUY SOMETHING WHERE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE GETTING. How do I know of I am going to like the tracks our be able to use them if I can't hear a sample of you are selling?

So, I got a multi-effects pedal(MEP) for my bass & these days most MEP's have built in rhythm sections, but, this particular MEP doesn't, BUT, no worries cuz this app is perfect for that. I can plug my phone into the AUX jack on my amp & BAM, I got a drummer of various styles, with a slider so every beat style can be altered to the speed I want, I fuggin love it, it's the perfect tool to help you get your timing down if you're a new player and helps us creatives write riffs with tight timing.

Perfect for me. This was exactly what I was looking for. Something I could run through my tablet that allows me to practice over different drum beats and control the tempo. I've found that practicing over drum beats allows me to push picking quicker than over a metronome or basic drum machine. Of course there is no subsitute for practice, and clean prescise picking, but this Loopz makes eat easier to burn hours practicing. Please make more metal drum beats!

Great fun! Easy and intuitive to setup, and a great range of styles. I connected the headphone socket of my tablet to the Aux-in of my amp, and I suddenly had a creative and compliant drummer. Excellent.

brilliantly easy to use with good rhythms and on screen indicators. progress bar shows where you are in the 2 bar loops which is helpful when getting comfortable with a new best. would be good to get some more add on packs (I have metal)
