Westfield Miranda Cobra Ride accepted the card payment and did nothing. I called customer service and they provide no solution. They directed me to this app to request a refund and the app doesn't have any way to request a refund, only reporting an issue with a ride.

Wasted a credit because there were 2 peppa pig rides and put wrong one as closest. Use the same card as before and another card both "invalid" plus why charge a fee to purchase

Was at habour town and bought some tickets on app. One ride just took the tickets and didn't start. Others ride wouldn't connect to app so couldn't use my pre-purchased tickets . Call support but no-one answered. Left a message but no followup... not impressed.

I had problems with the app, it crashes when you try to sign up, so left a neg review, company replied and lady was very nice however the app still doesnt work at all and hasnt been fixed. As nice as the lady was (which is what the 2 stars are for) I will be giving up on this app I think. Ive given it plenty of time and downloaded it twice but it just doesnt work. uninstalled

Big rip off! Charged my bank card (it's happened a few times), machine still did not work. Ended up a crying baby. Wasted my time like an idiot for half an hour there and called the call centre. Entered the refund extension and lady came and asked many many silly questions. Then she told me "we cannot refund on the phone! On your phone app request the refund and we will add credit to your app, not a real refund to bank card".After about two months I'm still wating a few dollars credit. Real joke

App says sign up and get a free ride. Followed all the instructions for a ride at Belmont Forum, standing there like an idiot with my son waiting for the ride to begin, it says "Ride starting", and then nothing. Why would I waste money buying tickets on this thing when in the very first experience it's painfully obvious that there are problems with the communication protocol between the server and the app? Ridiculous!

The app itself is okay but it has been disappointed me the last couple months especially in a big shopping centre and lot of ride around. I have lost 7 credit so far due to the app connect to the wrong ride?! Paid the fire truck in Highpoint shopping centre, the paying machine wasn't on last time but I was being charged. Today, the paying machine is on but the ride not started. I called the service lines both time but never get back to me. terrible customer service....

Worst app, nothing works in this, click on any thing, it won't respond, when you enter 4 digit numbers then the 'next' button will disappear and it won't go to the next page. Such a disgusting app, should be removed from play store or hire a better IT professional to sort it out.

My daughter was excited to try the Big Red Wiggle car but I tapped my card and it authorised but the ride would not start. I can see the money has been taken from my account. Thought I'd try this app and although it did seem to connect to the ride, it would not start.
