“& Leo”, an application exclusively for residents that makes Leopalace21 rooms even more convenient and comfortable (Andreo)
Make your daily life more convenient and enjoyable with a dedicated application for residents.
Main services provided
■ Residence
・Confirmation and change of registered information
Just by logging into the app, you can check the contents of the rental contract information and change various registration information.
・Damage check report at the time of moving in
Contractors can easily report scratches and stains that existed before they moved in from the app.
・ & Leo chat support
This is a chatbot service that allows you to make inquiries about housing and LEONET.
・Various payments
You can pay the usage fee (rent), annual guarantee consignment fee, etc. (credit card, convenience store payment *bar code display). A history list is available.
*Payment of the usage fee (rent) is by direct debit. You can use it without coming to the store if the direct debit is not executed or if other payment is required.
