Cada vez escuchamos más casos de acoso escolar, ciberbullying, accidentes de tráfico, secuestros, robos, agresiones... Tus seres queridos pueden verse inmersos en estos casos.

Tu familia estará siempre conectada. Si algún miembro se siente en peligro o necesita ayuda, con solo pulsar 5 veces el botón de inicio de su Smartphone, les llegará una alerta a los Protectores designados. ¡No importa si la pantalla está bloqueada! El botón de inicio actuará como Botón de Ayuda.

¿Quieres ayudarles? 

Es tan sencillo como indicar en esta App a qué miembros de tu grupo familiar quieres proteger.

Hay dos perfiles diferentes en la aplicación: Tú, como PROTECTOR, y tu grupo familiar como PROTEGIDOS o PROTECTORES.

El administrador tendrá que configurar:

1. TU FAMILIA: Solo necesitas el número de móvil de los familiares que quieras proteger. En el caso de tener un problema, sería suficiente.

Cuando algún PROTEGIDO emita una señal con el Botón de Ayuda, los Protectores recibirán una alerta, la ubicación exacta (botón MAPA) y un video con audio de lo que le está ocurriendo en ese momento.

2. RADIO DE SEGURIDAD: Podrás indicar 6 zonas (colegio, barrio, urbanización…) y recibirás una notificación en tu móvil cada vez que los Protegidos entren y salgan del área de seguridad de las zonas elegidas.

¿Cómo lo haces?

En tan solo unos minutos, tendrás la App preparada para proteger a tu familia.

• Te pediremos tus datos para identificarte como Protector y receptor de posibles alertas. Solo tienes que incluir tu número de teléfono móvil, nombre y email.

• Selecciona directamente de tu agenda a las personas que quieres proteger. Les llegará un enlace de descarga de Legálitas por SMS. Cuando descarguen la aplicación desde el SMS y acepten la invitación, podrás probar el Botón de Ayuda y configurar el Radio de Seguridad.

• Para el Radio de Seguridad, solo tendrás que determinar en el mapa la zona donde quieres que tus hijos y seres queridos estén protegidos. Cuando salgan de este área, te avisaremos con una notificación.

Además, tendrás acceso a los abogados de Legálitas para resolver tus consultas legales relacionadas con los menores y las nuevas tecnologías.

Al registrarte a través de ESTA APP, tendrás acceso GRATIS a un abogado para consultas urgentes, 24 horas y 365 días al año, incluyendo desplazamiento de un abogado en caso de detención por delitos como alcoholemias, accidentes, agresiones…

Accede al servicio PREMIUM por 48€/año (PayPal o Tarjeta) para disfrutar ilimitadamente de asistencia psicológica y asesoramiento jurídico en caso de acoso escolar. Y, si es necesario, elaboraremos un informe pericial válido como prueba ante un delito en Internet.

¿Cómo es la App para tus seres queridos?

• Ellos recibirán un SMS con el enlace de descarga de la aplicación y deberán aceptar tu invitación para poder hacer uso de la App.

• En su caso, la App es diferente, solo verán en la pantalla el Botón de Ayuda. Para activarlo, sólo tendrán que pulsarlo.

MUY IMPORTANTE: Cuando activen la alarma, su teléfono vibrará y su pantalla se quedará en negro para que no se note que se está enviando una alerta. Como PROTECTOR, podrás detener la alerta con solo pulsar “Eliminar”.

Cuando recibas la alerta también podrás visualizar un video con audio en tiempo real de lo que está sucediendo. El video es un fragmento de 15 segundos que se almacena en el Botón “Vídeo” una vez que la alerta se ha activado. Puede haber varios videos de 15 segundos, dependiendo del tiempo que la alerta haya estado activa. (Los usuarios del grupo familiar, deben permitir el acceso a la cámara del dispositivo). Y por supuesto, podrás acceder a la ubicación de tus hijos y seres queridos en el botón “Mapa”.

Información importante:

Es imprescindible permitir el acceso a la cámara del dispositivo, se requerirá del GPS para poder recibir la ubicación del miembro de la familia que pueda estar en peligro e identificar a qué distancia se encuentra, esto puede descender la duración de la batería del dispositivo
