I have some problems connecting my nano x to Ledger Live at times. Recently I have become more familiar on how to use Ledger Live, although I'm having trouble updating the app on my laptop. The app itself said I needed to update my firmwire. The Nano X I own connects to Ledger Live, but im not able to go through with the update. Maybe it is because I am using a HP Chromebook that I bought this year, but I'm almost sure that is not this issue; since my laptop is not outdated.

I purchased ledger nano x, and when it arrived, it said critical battery. I charged it for an entire night while I slept and in the morning, critical battery. I charged it the entire day, on the cord it came with. Critical battery. I left it for the next two days. Critical battery. I have never been able to use this device. I requested a refund, got troubleshooting tips, and have had my dozens of emails since entirely ignored for two weeks now. Buyer beware.

Everything works well, except sometimes the Bluetooth connection can act odd. It has a bit of a learning curve (for example, the difference between installing an app on the ledger versus starting an account), but it does everything I want. Could be smoother, but I'm happy enough with it.

The battery was on charge, but still went to critical battery after charge. Then I tried charging again and it worked the next cycle. I agree with previous comment made by someone that that issue is pretty serious and needs to be sorted.

The app is a little complicated for bigners. First, before I put my whole money I was trying to test the app if I could be able to recover my wallet with my recovery phrase. however, I spend a lot of time installing and unsettling the app and I couldn't be able to recover my account. This is a major issue to me. My suggestion would be creating details completed youtube videos will decrease most users frustrations.

When withdrawing LTC, Ledger gives you the option to choose the fees you wish to pay. I chose the lowest fees, but my transaction was never sent and is no longer visible on the blockchain using my Transaction ID. Why offer us custom fees if the network doesn't support it? It makes no sense to me. My transaction has now been pending for over 48h. Resetting the Ledger did not work. Clearing the cache did not work. The app is nice and the wallet is too. Too bad it's causing me and others issues.

Hi Team, Product seems good. ~ But you guys should work on BATTERY. ~ Even after charging for hours the battery percentage is stuck at 2 & it is a brand new product. ~ Please replace the product or give my money back. ~ Only if you take some action I can recommend this product to my friends and family if not will have to share bad reviews in all my social media platforms and wont be changing the comments here. @Ledger Team to reply you - Replacement received, But am still facing the same issue as previous, Hence request you to take some URGENT action, really DISAPPOINTING! @2nd Reply to Ledger Team - Almost 3 chaser email per day I send to LEDGER TEAM ID to get an update, but haven't received 1 single response post receiving the second defective device

Great, until it isn't. As of early today (before and after an update), the app simply crashes before allowing me to enter my password and view my wallet. I just finished moving all my assets into this one wallet yesterday and now I can't see anything except by using the computer. Going to be forced to uninstall and reinstall in hopes that works.

Good, but could use a lot of love and quality of life features. - The portfolio has a graph which is great, what would be even better is to implement time stamps as you highlight over certain areas (Coinbase does this). - When looking at individual accounts there too are graphs, however, these graphs are completely flat despite any fluctuations. - Would love to see the app grow into a "one-stop shop" and not have to also check Coinbase, CoinGecko, etc.

So far I'm liking my ledger. I was able to get my phone to pair to it. But I can not get past the apps approval of the pairing. It doesn't say Connection error anymore, the app just goes to a blank blue screen. Honestly, Ledger should send the USB C- USB C cord with the device, so we can bypass this.
