It worked fine the first few times, but it is suddenly no longer reading my card. It seems to acknowledge the card initially but doesn't load up, I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. From the comments, it seems I'm not the only person experiencing problems with the app - the Developer seriously needs to start updating the app properly or remove it completely. It is not a viable option when I can't use it to register the travel credit bought online nor even load the menu for that matter!

Update broken As of the most recent update I can no longer save my card details. Every time I try to save my card details the payment fails, this is not the case for single use top-ups however not being able to save card details is a pain.

Absolutely useless. It wouls not top up, tried it so many times. Had to pay cash eventhough I went over my weekly limit so I would have gone on for free, and 2 seconds later it worked. With all the money we pay you would think this app would actually work for something.

Worst app I've seen in years. Shame on such a big company having such a unusable app. Card payments work with success rate >10%. Leap card itself scans 1 out for 10 times you scan it... why I can't chose how much i can top up?!why fixes sums only? Disappointed. FIRE YOUR DEVELOPERS AND GET NEW ONES FOR CHRIST SAKE.

Not gonna discuss the price of the irish transport here, so : Good overall but the lack of information and amount of transaction limited to 5 is ridiculous. Also no notification when card run out of money .. wish is a shame.

Like I don't understand why the phone can't act like a leap card. Thease days you can use your phone as a credit/debit card but can't store your travel credits ?? why in this country everything is being discovered 5 years after the rest of the europe.

Must be one of the worst apps I ever used! I can't top up my card and like other comments in here,I have uninstalled and re-installed this app few times.No luck! Can you please get this fixed ASAP! Frustrating..

Since day one it's troubling me.... It never loads my leap card... I touch my card to the back of my phone, it just keeps loading but never shows me anything.

I've been using it the app and card for the last few months and it's been fine and now it's not reading my card at all which means I can't top up even tho it worked fine an hour ago I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and no improvement having more issues again since last time and can't top up at all

This App use to be great but now it won't read your leap card on any phone. Tried it on a Samsung S9 and S20 and still doesn't work! Real pity as it was a great app!
