After registration we cannot login to the app. Can not make upi scan payment it get failed. No use of installation of this app for booking purpose. Just login to website and get booking easily

Frustrated!! I dont know what the login feature actually does. After logging in also it ask if I want to continue as guest or I want to login. This login button in the booking screen doesn't do anything. I kept logging in, in different pages multiple times and now uninstalling the app. Bugs in each and every functionality.

I had worst experience I booked a bus due to low booking they have cancelled but there is no intimation or SMS regarding cancellation of bus I had to wait for whole night for another bus

Frustrated and thinking of only foul languages to scold the team behind the app. Payment gets deducted and seat reservation is failed. KSRTC better test the app before releasing in play store.

Worst app .....it seems department management itself don't wants to develop the system ...nowadays very less budget they can make it fully online publically available transparent vehicle tracking n ticketing system with crews details...

No option to change password within the app.. "Forgot password" link sent to the email opens up in browser. It is not opening in the app.

Every place asking for login,while opening app asking for login,booking time also ask for,these happens after successfully login in the time of app open
