Clunky and unreliable, the app constantly crashes. It has alot of error like when I get logged in, the moment I click to check my schedule it times out. Plenty of other weird glitches come up it's so hard to keep track of them all. The company I work for uses this and I really wish they would take there business to a more reliable app developer.

Usually I can get in just fine but the constant having to answer security questions for every log in is ridiculous. I can't use my phone's biometrics for log in so there's no way of avoiding it. Then just tonight (9-4-2021) I can't log in at all, The server is correct nothing has changed since last log in and now it won't let me do anything. I absolutely hate the fact the company I work for uses this site. navigating how to request time off and switching shifts is way too confusing. It's not like how the videos at orientation showed it to be

Edit: now telling me it's timed out as soon as I sign in. If only we could give it 0 stars. New look and new name. Still not working. Keeps telling me my username or password is incorrect then will let me in later. Absolute nonsense. Makes work much more difficult especially during a pandemic.

Worked just fine beforehand, but after the update i cant log in at all keeps telling me license required, reroutes me to a different login but wont let me log in.

Log in and instantly get timed out. Maby if i retry 20 times it might work for a min. This app can shove its relog.
