This app is garbage. I went to look at a message from my dad's doctor to check the dosage she wanted for an OTC medicine. You are unable to look at previous messages from the doctor. When the email part of the app is opened, you can look at your sent messages or write a new one but you cannot look at messages you have already read from your provider.

There is an advertisement to download another "meds" app. which makes it difficult to use refill page. Please enable removal. Sometimes very slow or unresponsive. Have been unable to access refill page since 9/9/2021. States no internet connection, but am able to access other pages on app. and my internet connection is working fine.

Went to use My Doctor Online this morning to use the new automatic check-In option. Put my name and password in and got a continuously spinning circle. Did a force stop, did numerous uninstalls, and restarts of my Samsung S10e, only to see the continuously spinning wheel that freezes everything! Any ideas Kaiser?

The app doesn't work half of the time. There's always an issue with logging in or sending an email or viewing appointments. It NEVER works properly

The KP e-mail system has said that I have 6 new messages for years now. I've told the Web people over and over but nothing about this situation ever changes. I just know that when it says I have 7 or more new messages that I actually do have new message(s) then, and only then. Seems like someone could fix this after years of putting up with it!!!! It's ridiculous. Even if there are 6 new messages out there somewhere are they really relevent after years of being on their system. I really kinda doubt it!!! Just remove them will ya.
