Working well for me so far. I just wish that in the 'Usage History' section, that the total amount of mobile data/SMS used was at the top of the page, and not all the way at the bottom since I have to scroll through the usage history of every single day until I reach the bottom.

App sucks.Trying to log into new mobile but phone automatically logs back into old account when I press logout. There's no way to escape as it just goes round and round. Just use online or call up instead.

Unable to logout, flashes back to login then auto signs back in. So can't switch accounts or add multiple accounts. They don't have concept of multiple numbers for 1 account owner. Stick with mobile webpage in chrome shortcut works fine

Unable to add multiple accounts or logout and into another account. Very frustrating... tried deleting password in chrome but it's not saved. App is simple to use and offers good info.

It automatically recharges your account every month and you have to cancel auto recharge everytime you recharge. Really annoying and inconvenient, it used to be a once off setting you change and thats it. ALSO, I can't log out! Every time I log out, it keeps taking me back to the main page. Is it just me or are you guys getting worse as time goes by? Used to be such a great app.

Needs a widget. Also needs to support multiple accounts. I need to see usage across the whole family. I want to be able to create one widget for each account to create an at-a-glance usage dashboard. Or even be able to configure several accounts and display a list of all the usages in one screen. But not even being able to log in on another account is really poor. Could do better.

No issue with the app so far however could improve by providing the exact amount data is left or used and not as percentage. It is better off to monitor usage with a third party app or your phone.

I can't log out to check the other accounts I manage so I have to reset the app every time. App doesn't support multiple accounts under one login. It's not an app as such but a shell for the website. I expected a bit more from Kogan. Update: nothing has changed much with this app and the plans are getting more expensive. I moved two of our numbers to Boost $150 80Gb for 12 months.

Does not allow me to log out of the app. When I select log out to takes me to my account summary page. It also does not allow me to upgrade or downgrade my account. App is also set up to renew automatically and you have to unselect it. Overall its a very sloppy and amateurish app. It needs a LOT of work!

Aldi have an 18GB plan for 25$. Kogan have a 13GB plan for 29.90$! More expensive and less data. The kogan app forces you to autorecharge after putting ur credit card details, you can't recharge without ticking this box. The worst part is customer support! After speaking with a robot, u reach a human that wana confirm ur details again, and they don't listen, they just tell things u already know
