I'm very picky when it comes to downloading any app and I'm the type that needs help when losing weight or how to eat something. But I have to say this app is great for somebody who is a beginner like me, it gives you a easy perspective what to eat and what not to eat and what it's about and it gives you a meal plan. Unfortunately there's no recipes maybe in the future there will be, but I'm happy with just the meal plan. It gives me a start and opens my eyes to how to prepare food easily.
