How to install Kaizen - eWards Feedback v3.0 on Android API 15+

- Grab com.ewards.feedbackbyewards_3.apk — hit the Download button above (1.8 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
