This is a little bank, and they act like it. But they were quite effective getting me a refund from The Good Feet store ($1,3xx.xx charge for silly/goofy foot insoles). I am really quite happy with them and glad that they didn't close my acct. when I asked them to last time. Too bad their Arlington TX branch isn't closer or larger or they'd get 5 stars.

I use the app all the time and loved it until yesterday. The app will not open. I uninstalled twice it works for one log in then completely stops. I called jfcu and they could not help so I don't know what to do. Even sprint could not help

The upgrade is bad. Half the time I can't get in the app and have to go to the regular site. I miss the old platform. It was so much better.
