worst customer service among all the meal delivery APP. They even charge $3 extra for random pick up orders. Most hilariously, the customer service don't know why and how this Fee is calculated!

Suddenly all my attempted orders' payments failed despite placing several successful orders a week ago. Customer support did not resolve the issue and I checked with my credit card vendor there were no issues. App is unusable now since I cant pay for anything. Would change my review to 5 stars once I can use the app again as I actually really like the app over Hungry Panda.

The first time I placed an order, it sent me a text message asking to verify my ID by taking pictures of my credit card and driver license and send them to customer service in the chat. There was a long line at the CS chat. When it was finally my turn, I received an automated text message saying my order was cancelled due to no response. I received the message for verify ID at 5:17. And they cancelled my order at 5:41. It's simply ridiculous to give customer less than half an hour for this!

I use this app quite often and the service has been great. It's only short one star because of language, it is primarily in Chinese and for myself who only knows about a hundred characters, it makes navigating difficult sometimes. That being said they are always trying to improve their app so my rating will likely go full five stars in the future.

Used to use this app but after trying to use it after the last update on my Moto Edge Plus it no longer works. 15 seconds in, the app restarts or just crashes. This service isn't bad but most delivery drivers don't seem to speak English which can be a bit tricky if there is an issue with my delivery.

When I first use the app it was great. The customer services is also really nice. But recently I found a lot of their deliver person tent to do more thN one order at the same time so it REALLY delays my meal...other deliver services when they estimated an hour rang time it would come within 30-45 min. Fantuan always come after the estimation time buy so long, and the restaurant it's not even more than 7km... Makes you really angry when your hungry

The customer service function in the app is lagging. Sent 10 msg and they only got 3. But the customer service team they are really supoortive and efficient. Firsr time user discount is not as good as other foody apps, other than this. Not a bad one. wish they have more English content

Used to work great. After the last update the app crashes when opened. I see others report similar issues on other phones. Reinstall did not fix it. Unlike uber and skip they don't have a web version, so I guess I cant use fantuan anymore.

I like this app a lot. It doesn't mark up the price too much. Recently I realized that the app charge more California driver's fee than Doordahs or Postmates. It made me not want to use the app as much.

They cancel my orders without any sufficient reason. The only way they'll accept your payment is if you upload a photo ID to your account which seems very suspicious for a non-bank institution...
