The app itself is fine, but the delivery fee and minimum amount of order compared to other delivery app is insane. It baffles me because I am from the city but the delivery fee is still pricey here in Oslo. I will probably use this app if they make improvements on this.

I used to be able to order sushi, kebab, hamburger, and more. Now, there are only pizza places available. Not sure what happened or why the app is so lacking now.

It's ok, but they shouldn't prevent their partners from having their phone numbers listed, we still might have questions, because there are plenty of times when the menus are lacking in info. There is alot of room for improvement, but its also functional. Also, there is WAY too few coupon options, Domino's is winning the race atm.

Would be nice to actually have the orders forwarded to the restaurant when payment has been made. Went to pick up my food and met with a closed restaurant. When contacting support they confirmed that my order (even though payed in advance) was never forwarded from the system to the restaurant.

Redeemed a 75kr coupon I'd gotten to test the app (it didn't work on the computer). Redeemed the coupon successfully, then soon after decided to pick up instead of delivery, so I had to restart the order. Pasted the same coupon in and was told it had already been redeemed. So that's 75kr lost. Great user experience there! Never mind the fact it was far more cumbersome than just ordering on the computer anyway. Uninstalled.

Ruined after last update. More cluttered ui, no confirmation on orders/when it's expected ready. Order history is empty, doesn't update. And local restaurants don't show up "in the area", have to search for them.. please go back to the old app or release a massive fix for this one

what happened??? it updated and the fresh look is fine. but now I have to login EVERY time I use the app??? really??? all saved things are gone like paying information, old orders are gone too. I was happier before the update.

Basket getting emptied when changing from delivery to pickup is irritating. Getting a discount-code on push notificatoon. But no real way of seeing it in the app, is real bad.

Now pay at delivery option is gone, you'll have to use you're card online. This app is now useless to me, now it's better to just call the restaurant and skip the just eat hassle, they get 20% of each order for doing nothing. Bye bye
