I like the app. Good coupons, good deals, convenient pickup. HERE'S THE PROBLEM- on TWO separate occasions, I have made an order, pressed the "make food now" when I was around the corner, and pulled up to the restaurant- ONLY TO FIND THE DAMN STORE CLOSED. Blocked off drive thru, employees leaving, etc. During the daytime. During OPEN hours. I have not been refunded, and the app has no way of canceling orders. I want my money back, but customer service is giving me the runaround. Don't get this.

I've used the Jack app twice. And both times the experience was a failure. First, the food was cold and burnt tasting. Today, the app delivery through Postmates said it was divered but not to me. No food. No star rating. With all the choices out there, this experience is just ridiculously stupid and disappointing.

Edit**" I was Very impressed with the deals provided through the app! I've only had a few issues the first time The location messed up my order and I still haven't heard from customer service. The second time I made an order and when I got to the store it was closed. Here I am a week later I've already contacted customer service and There is no way to really make things right through the app. If the store isn't open then it shouldn't accept orders.

Used to love it. Till the day it forced me to place an order to the Jack closest to my location when I was driving from work. I did want to order closer to my next destination so I tried canceling the first order by calling the store but said they don't see an order on my name and to get help via app. The app won't do you no good so be careful, I'm still in the process of disputing it with my bank and the transaction was well over a month ago. Crooks kept my money and I didn't claim the food.

Very nice app, there's been nothing but easy mobility throughout the app food menu, and I've had absolutely no problems ordering from numerous Jack In The Box restaurants (even while ordering food Jack menu food when I've been out of state). So far, this app gets my 100% unrestricted 'Seal of Approval'.

Loved your app at first. Making ordering very easy. Now, I cannot order from the menu as it freezes every time. I go out then back in, go to past orders, and reorder from there only, but cannot add something as sends me back to menu and frozen again. Have a samsung phone, please fix.

When it works, it's great. But occasionally it will tell me a "Oops! Your store isn't taking any online orders at this time!" I go into the store to check and they say it is nothing on their end that it's a app issue. This is a HUGE inconvenience as I eat here from time to time and its next to my job.

Great deals. Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 ultimate cheeseburgers for my lunch break at 10pm. The jack near me had 24hr service. They closed early that day. Tried getting a refund and they said I had to do it on the app. The app has the worst customer service function. Making it nearly impossible to get a refund. They have to call you back in order to get a refund. The location nearest work always has these problems but theres usually never any improvement and the app usnt any help.

unusable. i downloaded this app a few months ago, but it has not once allowed me to enter any card information to pay for meals. i've tried multiple credit cards multiple times and it gives me the same error every time. i really hope someone fixed whatever this is soon

I thought you were going to be different Jack but alas I was wrong. Why can't I use a reward and a deal at the same time? Seems to me I earned the reward for making purchases at Jack in the Box. I thought you were better than the other fast food joints, they do the same thing, only 1 deal per purchase. Guess I'll keep on looking for that elusive customer service that's disappearing in today's society. LETS GO WENDY'S, CAN YOU DO BETTER
