Great idea, lousy performance. Briliant idea to keep Über out before they reach your country. Unfortunately it doesn't always work. We spent 20 minutes speaking to an operator, ultimately ending with a taped message 'no vehicles available, please call back later'. Another time, with an early morning pickup, it worked great. I hope you continue developing the app, because it is potentially powerful.

It doesn't send me OTP and hence doesn't allow me to sign up. Plz fix this bug. You really have a good opportunity as there is no competition in Trento. I hope you guys fix the app.

Trash, was stranded in Italy late at night with no public transport or walking options. My Italian is incredibly basic and not enough to call a taxi company, so it totally let me down when I needed it. The UI does not make it clear as to what the status is of your booking - after five mins of waiting I restarted the app and came back into it, tried to put out another request, and it then asked if I wanted a second taxi for the same route. At this point I had no idea whether I even had a taxi to begin with (shock, I didn't). It also appeared to be requesting a taxi quite far away from my actual location. Avoid.

I'm glad I did not waste my time at the airport yesterday, with heavy rain, waiting for NOTHING with this app! It's impossible to see your driver cause the app doesn't show any details. You can't even see if someone booked or your booking was just confirmed by the app. It's confusing!!!!!

i downloaded this App ahead of a family holiday as I wanted to have a Taxi option in my back pocket in case we got lost or the kids got tired. I am glad I chose to download the itTaxi App. You link a payment option in the App (I used paypal), enter a few details about yourself and thats it! i used the App to pre-book a journey from our holiday Apartment to the Vatican museums, approx 2 miles away. The Taxi arrived bang on tine, and the fare was very reasonable compared to hailing a cab !

Not user friendly app at all. U can't see the vehicle no. Can't connect driver. Can't track vehicle position after booking until arrives. There is a lot of improvement scope.
