It's a nice app, however once I turn off the GPS, i get bombarded with messages to turn on GPS. In 1 hour i get like 10 notifications for it. Please give us choice of turning GPS off. Its super annoying

This isn't accurate as I checked on my child the pin was moving every 30 seconds between 2 locations that were a mile and a half apart from locations.

Literally the best app that i have found for sharing locations. I can follow my loved ones and see as they move with amazing accuracy, i can see the street view, their history and the best part is that I can even get directions to their exact location! I only pay $7.99 a month for it, but even the free version is amazing! I thought that the free version wouldn't be good, but it's just as good! You just can't see the street view or history, but the accuracy is the exact same -- much better than any other app that I have ever tried (especially for free!). I am extremely happy with the app and super comforted by it. The only thing I would say that's negative is that I wish it has a desktop version, but honestly, that's not even a big deal. Definitely try it and if you like it, get the full version, or just keep the free one. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!

Nice app but ridiculous on android cost. The fact you cannot get a family membership to share across platforms is ludicrous. My family uses mainly android, but also IOS. There should be a way to set up a family group and let a primary user invite a certain number of people to share a subscription. The individual subscription cost is ridiculous. The alternative would be to make it a much lower cost per user on android (i get the higher ios cost because of in app sharing).

My daughter and I haven't had any problems with ours, but my mom used hers to track my father with dementia and theirs is frozen. No matter where he goes the address is home. She took out both phone batteries and chips to restart and nothing. Should she dump and download again? Using this is a necessity. Please help. Thank you.

We have left an email message and no response as to how to add a family member to our account. Need someone to contact us back so we can decide by the end of our trial period whether or not we are going to keep this app without having to pay for 2 subscriptions. We both live in the same house and need to be on one account subscription.

You would think having to pay for this that everything works as it should. It updates location every few hours. So location is never accurate. I got this so I can see where my mom is when she travels and she says the same. Tried what was suggested and still cant use. Even updated and with a new pH.
