How to install iPBB Tangerang v1.4 on Android API 17+

- Grab com.opensipkd.ipbb_tgr_4.apk — hit the Download button above (736.5 KB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
