I liked it a lot, worked as designed for many months. After a sudden faulty IP switch swap at the site where the Integra32 is connected, the application started to respond with "Broken pipe" fault message. I could not resolve the issue, trying reinstall, cache delete, checking all IP settings on site, phone and Integra restarts, etc. Very embarrassing. I remember seeing this fault early during the installation, but it was resolved somehow, and now it is up again... Now I have no control of the site via the APP, only SMS... The problem with the APP is, that it does not provide further info to facilitate fault finding, although it is critical when alarm systems are concerned... Interesting though, that the DLoadX works fine, can connect to the unit nicely. So the unit is connected to the internet, but the APP could not work with it. Update: the fault was solved with one parameter switched on in ETHM menu. Thanks.

Usually works fine. But very often has connection error; sometimes restarting (killing) app helps but not always. It is extremly frustrating and makes remote management a nightmare... Also, old notifications show on popup and it is unclear which were seen before or not. Finally, Apple version alows to select different sounds for different notification types - can this be added to Android version as well?

UI is perfect, however there are some issues with backend: slooow connection (about 1 minute to connect & show partition status) - this was tested with ethm+-gsm and 4g connection; notifications are not ordered and difficult to see if they are more than 2, and it is (again) slooow to open and see them in the app. I haven't tried non-en symbols.You can choose which notifications to receive in the options menu - they has to be with orange on the left side.

Very reliable app, updated UI is good and notifications are fast. It's especially useful when the installer created some macros for me so I could arm/disarm the system quickly and turn the lights on. Great update adding support for viewing IP camera streams.

Only 'Other' notifications come :( Previously, I had Nexus 5X and everything was fine, each notification always came, but not for now (Google Pixel 2 and Huawei P20 Pro) Please, fix push notifications in app, it is useless app without quick notifications. Thanks!

Slick App with Full Control. Works perfectly with INTEGRA system. Full control over my system, gives instant notifications, very reliable. Can even control lights and blinds with it! Nice smooth slick looking app. Easy to use! PERFECT.

The App requests to enter some User code not saying where is it entered before but then rather than returning Autorization error message for any incorrect User code it returns Unexpected error message... No manual, no explanation, assistance or help available...

The app is very intuitive, I asked my installer to set up some custom buttons for arming and disarming the alarm. I customised my notifications too so everything works how I like it.
