This app is very unreliable, it loses contact with the paired printer on a large number of occasions and says it is printing when it is doing no such thing! Also the print monogram that you have to press to instruct it to print has to be pressed four or five times before it will print. Even then it puts up a different photo from the one you want? It is not the printer it is definitely the app that is not to be trusted. It also wants updating to make it more versatile.

Can't get it to pair with note 20 ultra....it paired once after a half hour of tryimg....then said it needed to do a firmware update....after the update...didn't pair again. I will keep trying but might end up returning the printer and getting a refund. Dont know what else to try. Disappointing.

Great quality pictures, please just connect to Google photos as it only let's me access a small portion of my photographs. If it wasnt for that I would definitely say 5 stars. Small , easy to use, great quality photos, just can not access most of the photos.

Super disappointed. I have a note 9 and I have real difficulty in pairing the printer to my phone. I got it to connect a couple of times, the photos i printed, I was happy with them. But I've have to muck about for 20 mins and possibly get to print a few pictures. Gonna keep trying.

While the app itself is easy to use, it freezes in between printing photos. I have to power off the printer and power it back on before I can print the next photo.

Simple to use and effective so far. However, most of my photos are on the cloud so to improve it needs to link to Google Photos which isn't currently doesnt. (also, spell colour correctly for the UK version).

Like others I received the printer as a gift but unfortunately the app is not finding my printer. I can find it on my phone easily and its paired just not being able to find on the app.
