Useable but not user friendly. It works but it's not easy For example to switch between devices I have to find this somewhere hidden in the menu. All our devices could be on the main screen already. The interface and settings are not easy to understand nor easy to use Otherwise it's a good start and I know that you can improve it and revamp it so it's much more friendly Looking forward to the next update

A very poor app written by people who do not actually tested and see if it works. I have a SAMSUMG Android and I cannot see the bottom half of the screen. There is a feature in the app that you can initiate a scheduled start unfortunately you can't turn it off? You can't change the temperature settings of the timer on the phone, it can only be done on a PC. The colour scheme could have been better to make it easier to read. Sadly HOME INSPIRE AUTOMATION let themselves down with this app!!!

Really nice an clean interface, easy setup and the videos very hejlpful. Would be nice to see IFTTT functionality in future but not a deal breaker for me right now. Excellent support with quick response.

Was working but now says my gateway isn't connected. I've had this system for about 3 years and it's never been reliable. Sigh....stopped working again. My heating is now stuck on with no way for me change the timers as my gateway box won't connect.

Ok. Going to have to bump this up to 3. Whilst the process to update the software is clunky and the app is glitchy, their response to emails is impressively quick and they have sorted most of the issues out.
