I enjoy reading the i. The articles are well written and concise. The three Sudoku puzzles each day are a bonus. Recently they crashed my phone within a minute of starting one but uninstalling then reinstalling the app cured this problem. BIG thankyou to their IT Service Desk who replied within minutes (even after 9pm) with this suggestion. 😀

Taken the 12 month free trial but have already cancelled the renewal. The number news article categories is very limited, and can only go back a few articles in most cases. From what I seen its ad free which is good,but no dark mode.

Cannot install anymore to see daily editions though it did ok till a few months ago. My subscription is paid and I get vouchers to use. Great disappointment.

Tell me why, when I try to do the puzzles, it constantly freezes, and restarts? . It's more than a little annoying! I have a Samsung a51. Sort this out or I'm uninstalling.

Needs Better Navigation, Breadcrumbs, Links, Dates and Search. When you are reading an article, there is no indication of which section it is in, what date it was posted, or, at the end, that the article has ended. If you follow any link, it takes you out of the app and into the web page. There is a limited navigation. It desperately needs the sections that the web page offers when you drop down on the news navigation. There is no search facility.

Again I thought I was getting the full digital version of the "I" printed version but this isn't it! It's a very cut down limited version which I certainly won't be paying £5.99 a month for post trial. This is not at all clear from your subscription part of your website. Can I get a refund? If not let me know how I can get out of the contract with the minium fuss and at the least cost.

After a few weeks using the app, there are a few negatives. Breaking news stories do not appear until the 3x daily edition refresh. Not do they appear under the live 'headlines' even if they're on i's website. The 3x daily update is great, but please also show the latest breaking news under 'headlines' too. Your website does, so the app should too! Otherwise, concise and to the point journalism as always from i.
