The app not working from past one month, black screen coming. I ubinstalled the app and again installed, but no use. Even the ROI is very high, even there is no option to reduce it. In present market ROI between 6.8 to 7.5%, but the present ROI my existing loan is more than 10%.

Fraudsters, I personally suggest not to get any loans from them. They don't have customer service at all no one is picking up the call. Even after paying the dues they will call you to pay the dues and break your heads😡🤬. If you contact them they won't pickup the call. Even if you pay through this app it won't get added poor software 😂 poor customer care 😬 i am just rating one for posting this. Be aware don't use it and get into trouble. #fraudsters #worstapp

Bunch Of Cheats. They offer home loan at very high interest rates. Thankfully I got a Balance Transfer done. After foreclosing my loan, they did not even refund me the amount that was promised to me and deposited the check 1 week late purposely to charge more interest. I have written more than 30 emails in last 3 months, but nothing has been done. Even my property documents have not been handed over to me. Never do business with them! They are parasites who will suck your blood!

Warning for everyone.. Don't go for loans with Indiabulls. They keep on increasing interest rate when RBI increases Repo rate, but when it decreases they don't decrease it citing their policy. Due to this I've opted for foreclosure of my loan. I've returned the whole amount. The service staff is so rude and inefficient. They didn't calculated exact amount & told me to submit a cheque with an amount 5000 less. Now my loan closure is pending & one extra EMI is deducted for 18000.

Worst app nothing is working, and interest rate is also high. Fooling their clients hiding details to prevent people to pay their loan before hand or at the earliest. I went through the reviews of others, a quick feedback if you are concerned about the customers either remove your app or provide fully working app. Don't repeat the same thing again and again.

It's ridiculous. I just wanted to update my details, but not able to update it neither on website nor on app. It's from long time. It seems they are not working on this type of bugs. Pathetic customer service. Even availing EMI moratorium, same was not updated in system, bank charged EMI bounce charges two times. No issue resolution, even after sending the mail.

Worst application...there is always waiting if click anywhere in app, even after login, very slow and unresponsive and worst app i have ever seen in my life...unable to get any details and now im getting message like "We are unable to process your request. Please try again later". I request to shut down this dumb garbage app and start creating from scratch...
