Worst service. They always keep aside two or three items while sending the delivery. Unless we carefully check, we will not notice it. After we come to know and call, they will never pick up your call.. very cheap technique to cheat the unsuspecting customer.

Following is my feedback on your mobile app. 1. App is very slow 🐌 2. User interface is not user friendly 😤 3. Item details are not descriptive to see details to select the products 4. It is difficult to change the unit from 1 kg to 1/2 Kg. Need to select separately and delete the unwanted item. 5. It hangs often for long time. 6. It takes more than 1 hour to order 56 items because of the sluggishness of the app. 7. It hangs during final step of ordering and payment

I always buy groceries in Ind Bazaar from the last one year and it is good at the beginning but now it is going backward delivery schedule timing is bad and most of the vegetables they give are damaged ones now I plan to change my online shopping to others and the last important thing is customer feedbacks are never responded

Am a new user trying to login out of curiosity basis your retail store manager request and suggestion. But Very Poor experience. Neither its picking my location automatically via gps nor recognises user given location. Not even a error msg displayed to rectify.

if order doesn't reach the customer, there is no option to cancel it, neither it is cancelled from the shop. there is no surety of delivery when payment is supposed to be done COD. at least there should be a helpline no. to inquire about the delivery.

Not even worth one star. They have out of stock its but they don't have a process of how the money will be resent of there are items out of stock...waste of time, money and energy. The App have no proper tracking or cancellation process. I just ordered today and selected deliver as 4 to 6 pm. No intimation till 6pm and after my call they are sayin they don't have two items in my list.When asked what is the process no one is sure and they keep on saying will enquire and call back on 10 mins
