Been using IMO carwash for YEARS ... installed app and bought ... pro washes ... however when I used the app .. the guy who scanned my barcode had no clue, he put me through on a cheaper wash .. I drove around again to explain I didn't get the pro wash wax ... and he said if I wanted the pro wash I would have to either use my credit ... or pay again! ... I have since deleted the app and opted to use the hand wash service available less than two minutes away don't bother..SCAM!

Nothing makes sense! Offer for £10 wash but click it and it makes you purchase 3 for 32??? Some of the other bundle offers don't add up. Really difficult to navigate, only gave 2 stars as I did use the half price wash code for signing up

Never write reviews but thus app is something different. Unfriendly to use, the payment screens barely ever work and if they did I don't think I'd trust it to work at this stage. Such a wasted opportunity to really create something good which would draw in lots of business. In its current state it is literally unusable and really needs to reworked from the ground up. Investment would defiantly pay off.

I will not be leaving this app on the phone. Its unbelievable basic. No price list or list of services. Used once as car was very dirty but I'd rather free up the space on my phone. No interaction whatsoever. One of the worst apps I've used.

Absolutely useless, downloaded filled in n signed up and varified, wanted ultra HD, press on it all it wants to do is sell me bundles not a single wash, when HD was advertised as a single, sort your app out, terrible experience, will delete n pay cash from now on and take my business elsewhere

Only let's me choose 1 wash in different quantities. I want to be able to pre-pay ANY wash and just turn up and get it done. This App needs looking at and a total overhaul - it's rubbish.
