Description
The iMKA app is a component of the Małopolska Agglomeration Card system. iMKA is a modern mobile application that allows for the purchase of single and period tickets for trains (Małopolskie Railways and Polregio), urban transport systems in Małopolska (Krakow, Tarnów, Wieliczka, Miechów, Oświęcim, Nowy Targ, Zakopane), and School Bus Lines.
iMKA offers innovative features such as:
Travel Planner – which helps you find routes and purchase necessary tickets; the planner guides you during your journey.
CICO – an innovative feature available only in iMKA. Thanks to cooperation with IoT, iMKA offers attractive stop-based, dynamic, and distance-based fares.
Profiles – with profiles, you can define your discounts for different transport types. You can create profiles, add passengers, and define discounts for them. Switching between profiles allows you to purchase for yourself and passengers at once, with chosen discounts.
Subscription-based tickets – only in iMKA you have access to tickets like your favorite streaming platform! Available e.g. 5+1 Urban Transport in Krakow!
Krakow Card – iMKA is integrated with the Krakow Card system, which means you have access to cheaper period tickets in Krakow and other benefits.
Integrated tickets – only with iMKA can you combine train tickets with urban transport and save up to 20%.
Parking – iMKA offers free access to the Park&Ride system in Krakow.
Free tickets – this feature is also exclusive to iMKA. Watch a short video and receive a ticket, just like that, for free and validate whenever you need.
iMKA lite – the application is now available in both full and lite versions. You decide how you use iMKA. The lite version does not offer access to period tickets.
Paid Parking Zones – with iMKA you have access to paid parking zones in cities throughout Małopolska.
Modern payment methods – in iMKA you can pay using ApplePay, GooglePay, connect payment cards to the application, and use bank transfers. The application gives you access to your purchase history and quickly generates invoices.
e-Wallet – in iMKA, you can top up your electronic wallet and instantly purchase tickets from it.
iMKA on your Wear OS smartwatch allows for ticket presentation during checks.
By purchasing services in iMKA, you support public transport. iMKA is a local government project implemented by the Małopolska Province. For services purchased in iMKA, our partners do not pay a commission as they would with commercial applications.
