They have set up appointments to discuss interest rates, and changed my transfer limit all without hassle. A great app. Would recommend.

What is this app even supposed to be? I want to speak to someone based on their knowledge of the industry, not based on some generic profile your marketing team hopes will fit my personality type. Did not even get past the "choose your character" screen and I'm uninstalling the app. Still no closer to reporting a stolen card out of hours..

No Response Even If Banker Online waiting and waiting after you initiate contact. When you finally connect them then go off and help another customer without telling you then you don't hear from them after 30 mins and then their status changes to off-line. Today sent message only to a personal vanker who was status Online after an hour no response

Worked great for a while. Then the banker I had changed jobs and he just left me with another one of his colleagues but when I looked at his profile he didn't seem like a good match for me so I chose someone else. Then they ended up leaving the conversation and another person came in. What is the point of having a choice when they just leave you all the time with someone else? And now when I try to log in the app just closes automatically. Waste of my time now. Going to delete as if I can't get into it any more there's no point having it. I just wish branches were open Saturday mornings, that would help those who work Monday through Friday.
