I didn't have any "experience", simply because the app doesn't work. Developer doesn't seem to want to resolve, or even address any issues relating to comments and complaints from frustrated users. I have an idea: let's bring a class action on a 'fraud' charge. Maybe then ihealth will do us the honour of speaking to the people who pay their wages!

Not user friendly and doesn't want to connect with my phone. I confirmed everything as indicated in the manual and followed the it step by step, my just can't connect with gluco+ over bluetooth. Really annoying device.

Works well with ihealth meter, set up was easy. Logging medication is also simple. Easy to read and see at a glance your high, low, and "good" readings. The app needs improvement in that it does not save the dosage of medication, you have to enter it each time you log your meds. Also, it gives you averages for each meal, but does not give you an average for the day, week or month nor does it show bedtime readings in the app, only meals. Being able to set the range for your blood sugar is really helpful as each person is different and your doctor may have a different range than another doctor. Sending readings from the cloud app works well. If you have to log for multiple family members you need separate apps and accounts for each. I still think diabetes journal is better for logging overall.

Horrible App! Everytime I plug in my meter the app acts like it wants to recognize that it's plugged in, then nothing happens. It worked 1x for me and that was it. I changed the batteries in the meter, uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and same results. This was a waste of time and money, I'll stick to my old meter instead!

A great app. Easy to install and the sign up process is super easy. I like the idea of a prompt email alert to explain about the feature. My sentiment though, it seems the app was meant for diabetic patients. I wish it had more information about diabetics, the causes, and the levels that are desirable. Rather than being asked to input the real levels/measurements.

My ihealth glucose monitor syncs with this app perfectly. What I like about this app is that I can get a report of the past week, or past 3 months or year, with an average number for that time frame. Also the highest # and lowest #. OR instead of average, create a chart/graph for any time period to see your spikes and drops. I find this app very useful in monitoring my glucose readings.

I love being able to keep track and if I forget to use the machine I get a reminder call. I also love the fact that the results are going straight to a clinic member who takes them and will report any abnormalities to the doctor and he/she will call me to talk about it, so I will not fall through the cracks. I've been using this app for months and now it will not open. I uninstalled & reinstalled but still wont open. I installed it on my Ipad and it won't let me log on. I use it as part of a digital medicine program thru my physician. I'm at a standstill. Looks like it updated then stopped working.
