I am unable to register under the Register Arrivals section. I can't even complete the first required field, current nationality. When I tap on the field, a drop-down menu opens, or what seems to supposed to be a drop-down menu. However, from this point the app is totally dysfunctional. It says Select nationality and there is nothing to select from, but also, entering data is not possible. There are no choices in the drop-down menu, the menu is completely blank, and the search function within the drop-down menu also does not work. Basically, I simply have no way to complete the field. Completely stuck at step one with no options left. Tried the app on 2 different phones to eliminate phone model as error factor. Exact same problem on both phones. Please advise.

Trying to register and it keeps saying password required even though I have put a password in. Uninstalled, installed and tried to register many times and still the same. Only reason I'm trying to register is to get the electronic version of my Emirates ID which has been delayed for over 2 months now.

It has been impossible for tourists to fill in the form for registering their Covid vaccines. The cell phone field has no enough space to enter my complete number (00 XX + XX + xxxxx xxxx). At least two characters can not be entered. So, I was not able to receive the application approval through SMS. It is crucial because when I try to use Al Hosn app, the cell phone numbers registered in both apps don't match and vaccines information are not displayed. Yet, drop-down fields don't work.

Unusable? I try to register as tourist (to get my vaccination info in). A mandatory field is Gender. Which leads to a search dialog. With NO way to actually enter a value into the field, ever. Every search term leads to no data. Smae with the selection of passport type (which means what? it is a PASSPORT). Search field, never any result, no way to enter data. Did they bother doing ANY testing on that? So, that piece is needed to travel to the UAE, but it is not working. So? Not travel?

Really very pathetic with the new type EID issued. Unable to use it anywhere as everywhwre says they don't have card reader to read the new type card. Suffering a lot with the new type card. Mobile,bank,etc... not working anywhere. Customer support also don't have answer.

Not able to use the drop down menu for the first field which is nationality. When you type in nothing is searched and is left blank. Tried the website portable and unable to put in mobile number. It keeps saying number not valid. This needs to be sorted out asap as visitors will have problems at the airport.

The drop down menu for nationality, gender didn't work. Impossible to finish filling up the form for the covid vaccination registration when one can't even begin!

I cannot update my mobile number even it verify the OTP and at sudden it displays invalid last data entry I repeated the process by three times requested three new OTPs. Yet showing the same notification.

Login with UAE pass fails with "Unknown error" for several months now. Trying to register instead fails with "Cannot create account". Hope this App is not important.

Absolutely hopeless. Impossible to enter data even a phone number. Unfortunately having to cancel our trip this week as cannot complete the application.
