A new Organization Option (RRGROUP) has been introduced to support user group-based screen configurations for the Rapid Request (CSRAPD) screen. Key Functionality: Administrators can now define custom screen layouts per user group using Screen Designer in Base EAM.
Note: 12.3 Mobile DB script is required for this release. Script is not required to rerun if it is already applied. Please see following Hexagon Smart Community Knowledge Article 000035833 for more details.

How to install HxGN EAM Rapid Request v12.3 on Android 8.0 Oreo+
