Innovative display and documentation of the heart rate in combination with a Bluetooth Smart chest belt.
After the configuration of the individual settings and training zones, and a connection to the chest belt the heart rate is visualized as an absolute value of beats per minute and as a percentage of the stored maximum heart rate value of the user. Additionally, the deviation (variability) of the separate heart beats is displayed in milliseconds. The different training zones are individually colored and easily comprehensible.
After starting the recording, the statistical values (MAX, AVG, and MIN) are updated continuously. Furthermore, the intensity of the training (TRIMP, CR10, kcal, a timeline of HR, zone duration) is displayed as an accumulated sum, as percentages, and as a graph.
Recorded training sessions can be documented and shared in several ways like Dropbox, email, or others. The recording produces a summary of training results as a PDF file and a CSV file containing the raw training data.
Best results will be achieved with the recommended chest belt from BM innovations GmbH.

This is my second review after I used it for a few weeks. Pro - you can disable location requirements after first use. Just switch off GPS. BIG numbers, great. Works with Polar chest strap. Easy Bluetooth connection. Better than native Polar app. Cons- doesn't display heart rate in split screen mode. Although it is reading it because pulling down the top is drawer displays it in info tab.

This has done good service for over a year. A good app. On one occasion I removed the strap before closing the record. The whole record was lost. A rather odd defect.

Really clear and simple. Perfect except that there is no alarm function for when you go over your limit. Also, long readings crash the app when you try to view them but not a big problem as you can export and view. Please add a customisable alarm so I don't need 2 apps running simultaneously. Also itd be great if the sound was customisable too, some apps make a fire alarm sound that's horrendous.

I use my phone to play music and for different interval timers when I go to the gym. I purchased a Bluetooth heart rate monitor so that I could have a better idea of how long I'm in the target zone. This is the first app I've seen that tracks that the way I wanted, but you cannot navigate away from the app while it is recording, sometimes, whereas sometimes it seems to keep going.

I just wanted a little app to log from a xoss heart rate monitor. This is perfect. Not bloated with unnecessary features, not obstructed by adverts, doesn't request a multitude of unnecessary permissions. It does what I wanted, simply and well.

Works with Bluetooth chest strap. Display showing zones and current hear rate is easy to see and understand. Summary at the end of a session is clear and includes a graph of zone by time. I've tried lots of different HR monitor apps, and this is by far the best if you want to measure intensity of a cardio workout. It doesn't record location, it doesn't draw maps, it doesn't have cute icons. It does measure heart rate and record the data for as long as you want ad ;ets you share and backup your records. I would like it if the total duration was included clearly in the detailed results, but it shown on the summary along with calorie burn.

This was the first HR rate app I found that would work with my CooSpo HR arm band. It seems to work pretty well however, I wish that I could share my file/s as email attachments so I could send them to myself rather than uploading them to who knows where.

This appears to identical to the Acentas app, other than differences in the interface design. I liked the Acentas version, it does all I need. The biggest problem with it and this app is that it doesn't save data as you go. If the app crashes or is inadvertently closed then all data for that session is lost. To say that this is irritating after a six-hour cycle ride is to understate things. This version of the app shows a slightly lower BMP than Acentas, and is probably more accurate.

minor issue: cant export hr data timeline to txt/csv file for other uses (or i cand find it). minor issue: would be nice to have better historgram of hr rates, pluses: no account, works offline, automatically reconnects and continue recoeding when lost tracker, good UI, calculates calories pretty well based on weight, height and sex too, and some extra indicators, like delta rr, rr-rr plots, min/max/avg.

Great app. Works well with connecting sensors. Like chest straps etc. But please feed this data to Google fit!
