v1.1:
- Added (automatically detected) feature to fix the issue with some devices that do not have cellular data capability (like the Nexus 10) that they do not give out IP addresses. Unfortunately this does require root to fix.

How to install Hotspot Control on Android 4.0.3+
You'll need about 160.1 KB of free space.

- Open the file — tap the download notification, or open Files › Downloads and tap eu-chainfire-hotspotcontrol-11-3095784-4dcec6d551a92daafc38fed0f0174b91.apk.
- Allow the install (first time only) — Android 8 and later asks for permission the first time an app opens an APK: tap Settings in the prompt, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.
