Great app. Easy to use, up to the minute info on bus times and you can follow your journey in real time. I would suggest 2 improvements, make it work on the tram also, and allow to add half tickets for when travelling with children.

Doesn't work on the train in Jerusalem. Plastic Rav Kav is still superior and less of a head ache. Also I don't understand what to do with הודעת חיוב? I thought it was an automatic charge and I can't find the credit catd charge setup on the app. Too complicated. I want you to charge me 6 NIS for the one and only ride I took and I will delete the app.

App stuck. Error message regarding internet connectivity is misleading. Error was while starting the app. The error stated that there is something wrong with internet connectivity (though other apps worked fine). The error lasted for half an hour. Now works fine.

shame on you, the app doesn't have the option to fix wrong charge, which was caused by a bug in the system. support doesn't reply to emails. shame !!!!
