Ugh it was cool at first but it froze ALL THE TIME. It didnt keep up with my kids progress and she got tired of it quick. I thouvht I canceled it but i got charged for it today aftet not playing on it for almost a 6 months. Lets not even get me started on how its almost IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your membership. I would go with ABC mouse.

My son loves this app so as long as he is happy and learning I'm fine however for the past week it won't pull up on his tablet it keeps saying "uh oh something went wrong" I'm not gonna keep paying if he can't enjoy the app due to whatever this issue is. Its so frustrating

Not what I expected. I just downloaded the app yesterday and it keeps crashing. It takes a long time to load and I have to get out of app and get back in for it to work. Also, it does not work offline, which I though it did because I saw somewhere online that supposedly it did. The price differs too, since I saw it was $45 a year rather than $60. I would be canceling before my trial expires.

This is honestly a great app. I home Ed my kids and it had helped my 5 year old to read with little intervention from me. However I am giving it one star as when you are doing a section if you accidently press the back button it completely knocks your progress for that section off. My child has ADHD and fidgets A LOT! It is so frustrating for him to knock this and then lose his progress. Surely there is some way to fix this.

As someone else here has said they will still charge you after you try to cancel. I got a new card shortly after my initial cancellation request and even got an email telling me to update my card info. To which I told her I cancelled and that I would not update my info. And what do I see 12 days later? A charge on my account. I didn't give them my new information, so that charge is a little suspicious to me. I have contacted support AGAIN, and I hope it will have a satisfactory resolution.

I keep trying to cancel my account and it won't let me log onto the website. I have continually tried to get on the site it still will not let me. I have tried to get in touch with customer service to no avail. Do not sign up with this company!! It's more trouble than it is worth!!

I've reached out via email and no response. You guys charged my card again this month after I canceled my subscription. Warning to every parent don't waste your time. They have some serious technical issues with the app that need to be resolved. Also hiding the option to remove card info after canceling a subscription isn't the right way to do business. I keep getting ads for renewing even after the took a payment. An the ad won't go away.

great app for kids learning especially for summer, only issue i am currently having is when it comes to the reading part for pre k and has my son hear the sound the leter makes it glitches and doesnt allow to continue ino next lesson.
