The content library is huge so highly recommend. But it would have been better if developers would rather give us an option to create different profiles and to child lock or activate prental control on a specific profile rather than all through the app. I hope developers see my post and decide to change.

Lots of bugs in the app and poor customer service make the whole experience irritating. There is rather cumbersome.process to.deactivate devices then simply providing a link. Call to customer.service goes unanswered and forgot password does not work!! Just wanted to remind the OTT channel owners that if a reasonably savvy customer like me is struggling with the app, God help those who are naturally challenged in such matter. Developing content is not enough, app experience is important too

Very bad. My own experience is very very bad. Login is a serious problem. Despite renewal of the subscription I am unable to login my Desktop and/or Laptop . Actually, I lost my entire subscription miney. No proper support received from Hoichoi authority, except few uselessc SMS/emails.

I thoroughly enjoy the contents but at times face technical issues like while switching the medium of watching from phone to laptop Or vice versa the content doesn't start from exactly where I have left, so I find this a problem.

Can't use hoichoi on my own mobile phone even after having a valid subscription plan. One device is showing subscription is valid till 2022 and other one is showing that subscription has expired. Login using email and password does not work at all. Very much disappointed.

I'm a fan of this app, as they showcase a usually brilliant selection of contemporary and classic premium Bengali content from India and some selected content from Bangladesh. However, I discontinued my subscription as the turnover rate of new premium content is extremely slow - think geological time scales. There seems to be a glut of B and C grade content lately. I will renew it when there's enough new premium material to watch. Hopefully sometime soon.

Facing issues since long. I am an old subscriber of Hoichoi, but since couple of months, my downloaded contents are getting vanished on it's own, even when I try downloading new things, at first it shows the thing has started downloading but in the downloaded section it shows the content is not available. So irritating, fix this issues please.

Garbage ui. Shows a handful of shows on the home screen. Feels like they want you to watch only the movies that they want. Feels less like a library and more like a dumb TV channel. Also this pop up of rating this app didn't have an option to cancel. These are so dumb. Id probably give this a 3-4 star if not being forced to do so.

Buffering. This app is unusable. I think the servers where you store the videos are of lower tier and dont support faster transfer of data. My internet connection is of 300 mbps. I have seen the issue of buffering all the time in Hoichoi app as well as in the website. I am not going to re-subscribe ever again.

I am not able to change my email address. This is a very simple feature that is missing from the desktop version, mobile app. The FAQ gives incorrect info. There is not edit account option. Even changing the phone number is not allowed. That too is a very basic feature that is missing. Please fix this as earliest as possible.
