I have had this account for going on 6 years. Recently there has been many many connection issues . Using an ATM to get money out every month gets expensive if you don't use one of their machines. I pay $3 to get money from the local machine then Bank mobile charges a fee of $3. And for some reason I can only take out multiples of $200 at $400 max a day. 2 days and $24 in fees to take out $700 every month just for rent. Use a real bank if possible, Stay away from these corporate crooks

Horrible. It makes nonsense that the same check i get from workmans comp can be accessed 2 days early with direct deposit but I have to wait FOUR "BUSINESS " days if i deposit it thru the app? Same check.. same amount.. same bank.. om confused bank of America and Mutual of Omaha are both well know major corporations and im sure they cN cover the little bit of money they pay me weekly. Smh...

This bank mobile is fantastic to have, especially if you tend to forget to keep a ledger. It stays up to date with your purchases and deposits. I have never seen an ad. I recommend trying it. You will have a sense of security knowing your money is safe.

The app isn't too bad, but it refuses to let you do as much as you can on the website, which is absolutely ridiculous, and it also randomly likes to shut down and force you to go into the website to reopen your app back up like that makes any sense whatsoever and if you complain about it to anyone in customer support they will just tell you to get over it or act like you're the problem because the app isn't working. As far as being a way to track my money in and out, I guess it works for that.

I've been using Bank mobile for some time and I find it to be a pleasant experience too use of the app. It is pretty easy to use and offers savings with a pretty good interest rate. Much recommended for student accounts and such. I suppose mobile would work for your needs as it has all brick and mortar Bank functions in conjunction with ability to use your cell phone almost as if your in the bank. Just no Federal reserve notes.

I've never had a minute's trouble out of the BankMobile app. Transferring from checking to savings and vice versa is instant and it keeps the balance current even when the transaction hasn't actually gone through yet. My only complaint would be that getting a replacement card {not lost, not stolen, just worn out) kinda sucked but that's on the website, not the app.

My review was deleted, so I'll write it again. I don't like this company or the app. Other banks don't charge me monthly fees just for owning the account, my card gets declined at too many places, and PayPal doesn't even recognize it as a bank. I hate the stupid pop-up that blocks me from seeing balance, it doesn't show recent transfer I made, I get check deposits rejected because I didn't WRITE the for-mobile-deposit-only thing even though checks put this on the back now and let you check it.

I LOVE BANKMOBILE & THIS APP!!! This app is easy to use, i can dobquick transfers between my accounts and might I add Customer Service Reps are so helpful and get the job done!! 👍👌😁 I only wish that inside this app it had a section where i could easily access my statements for easy on the go mobile printing! & ALSO NO ADS!!!!!!!🤘
