Worst service, I am not able to work daily. Frequently disconnect every day and they took approximately 4 to 5 hours, some times whole day to reconnect. Facing so many problems from my office. Already we are in critical situation by Corona and our companies trying to terminate employees, those who are not working continuously with proper ofice timings. It's really very very bad. But Hi Reach won't understand our problems. Atleast they can't continue internet, if we get any power cut. Worthless

Installed this wonderful app, just to provide my genuine experience. Very disappointing service provider, specifically during this tough pandemic years. Don't expect to do WFH, or any other critical day 2 day activities by depending on this service. Pathetic interruptions, and response time. As a feedback, you need have systems to know where the internet broke. You can't let the users be down without service for up to 18 hours or more, for multiple times.

Hireach broadband is completely fraud brand. They took amount & not installed for 3days when I requested refund , the said "there is no refund process & if u still want refund, u should wait for 45days in between they collect money from new connection and that amount will return to me" they said. It's almost 33days no response. l shouted on manager , he misbehaved with me. I given a complaint to police . Even after that I have not received my amount.

Buying a connection of this network is just wasting money .my experience with customer care executives also very worst sometimes they not even lift the call and in case if they lift the call and we explain them about our problem which we're facing they'll put Our call on hold untill will cut the call and the technicians also very worst .overal this is very very very worst internet service. Please do not believe only all the bad reviews.. here I am using hi reach from 2 years and it never troubled me and customer support is excellent.. today I faced technical issue it is because of someone cut my wifi wire I raised a complaint morning within 3 minutes they called me and within 10 minutes they came home to solved it... And very important they never charge any money for our complaints.. please go for hi reach

πππWORST SERVICE πππ. IF there is an option to give "0" rating if would've done that. Their Customer Care number is Switched Off Most of the times and with this you can imagine. If called, they say please raise the concern in their app. But their app never takes us to complain screen. It just toggles between email ID and phone number otp.

Worst internet service provider I recommend to take connection from other service providers like ACT, JIO FIBER , AIRTEL etc , The internet gets disconnected even if there is power cut for 1 minute they will not provide battery backup so you will not get internet when there is powercut, this happened multiple times during my work. Following up from past 6 months regarding this issue but issue not resolved till today.
