I love the game but pop up ads for a $100 pop up automatically and if anybody pushes the button by accident you get charged a $100 and they are unable to reverse it quick enough. Now I've been playing over 5 years and I cannot do any events now after all the money I've invested in time because I disputed the charge. My account is locked from any events I have invested way too much money for them to deliberately put pop ups but restrict you when your 1 yr old grandaughter pushes the button.

Less than stellar. There is a long load time each time you log on, which may or may not connect to the server. I've played this game for several months and this issue remains. The service provided when pointing out game issues is sub-par at best. Not only do the responders not know the game, or game play, they have absolutely no concept of customer service. There is no attempt at even a meager compensation after game errors or mistakes occur. Developers are clearly only focused on a quick $.

Starts off ok. Easy to grow and build early on. But then it becomes totally pay to win. I don't mind developers wanting money for their apps, but you need to be willing to regulary give $100s or more just to be somewhat competitive. And anytime you develop some skills/strategy to have some success with less money they screw you over by changing the system with no notice to make the wallet warriors happy. Plus endless bugs, crashes, lag, and same gameplay = try something else

can't use my account from another device. that is really stupid, installing on another device doesn't automatically logged in to my google account, had to start the game from scratch and redo the tutorial, and even after all is done, logged in to play games doesn't bring me back my account. What a stupid UX

Love this game. It kust cost to much to get the daily things done if you don't want to be kick from clans. I hate that after you put lots of money on the game someone can zero you and it takes forever to get back to where you was.

You're still making it pay-for-it-all but I like the new changes, booties are awesome addition. YOUR NEW EVENT SUCKS. Still think rewards for anything are not as good as they should be considering how much time/work player puts in game.

The game is ok, I enjoy the PvE aspects, solo/clan quests, but the overall environment of this game is a toxic one. There's NO limit to how many times you can attack someone, so you can kill all of their troops, which take AGES to train. If you do end up playing, I recommend staying out of Realm Chat, & keep your shield up. Game crashes frequently, every hour or so, very annoying. VERY pay-to-win. Game devs don't seem to care about F2P players. If you don't like confrontation, get another game.

I want to love this game. I really do. I've been playing for 2 years and the core mechanics of the game are fun. There's alot of games like this but they aren't as fun or simple to play. But...stay away from this game. The developers are terrible. They can't keep the game from breaking and when they do attempt to address a bug more things get broken. They refuse to update their servers which means constant lag and the game becomes unplayable at some points. It's such a shame.

Really actually enjoy this game!! To be entirely honest I downloaded it initially cause of Mistplay, however I can't stop wanting to play, upgrade my village etc, haha genuinely wasn't expecting to enjoy it cause it's not really my sorta thing but loving it! Only thing I dislike is if you don't have money you're screwed when it comes to an extra builder which eventually becomes really necessary if you lack patience like myself. Think an update to buy extra builders w/gems would make 5stars!
