    It seems nice so far, but I think I found a bug. When trying to fill out the shoulder pain assessment, it continuously asks the same two questions repeatedly and you can't get past them. I got up to question 60 before I gave up and resigned myself to the fact that it would only ask me those two questions. Specifically "How did your pain start?" And "How do you describe your lifestyle"

    Had to uninstall. I could never get it to tell me less than 5 days per week. I'm supposed to do 3 days per week, both shoulders, 2 sessions, 15 reps per session with resistance bands and eventually increase the reps and resistance. I couldn't get it to show less than 5 days per week no matter what I clicked on. I gave up. I just wanted to find an app where I could find my exercises and keep track as I did them, hopefully with video or images to ensure I was doing them right.

    My literal only issue is that it doesnt have a "both" option on many pain areas, like knees. So I do 30 minutes on one side and reset it. When you start a plan, it gives you new exercises every day. You can go back and do old ones. Best PT, pain, gentle yoga app Ive used. Chronic Pain sufferer who cannot keep track of reps in sets is very pleased. Very sore, but not as bad as trying to do standard workouts. This is specific - functional exercises, not broadspectrum. Great for fibro/ddd/etc

    I was so excited about this app. I finally could do exercises for my specific issues. However the plan never works. My screen goes black right after the welcome video. I'm so disappointed.

    Wouldn't even let me sign up. I tried both Facebook, mobile, and email. Also misspelled the error message. Bad programming, distasteful markup. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

    The screen is black and the session doesn't move forward properly. It's very frustrating.

    Wouldn't let me sign in fully to use it. I couldn't even try it. So I uninstalled it. I don't even want to give it a one star for that but I had to to even write a report.

    Its the best app for any kind of physical problem. If you continue routine regularlly then their is no chance for any problem . Please provide more exercises for ankayolosing spondlitis .

    Before using this app I couldnt drive or sit at all. I even struggled to use the toilet and tie my shoe laces. I spent most of my days laying flat or standing just to avoid the pain. Any bending or sitting position sent me into immediate and terrifyingly painful muscle spasms. Within 7 days of using this app I was recovering nicely without any more prescription meds. Within 6 weeks, my core was solid and I could start exercising, bending and every other normal activity.

    While making payments for quarterly plan which is showing INR 600 , when I click pay the next screen shows 1200 INR which is totally absurd. I wanted to try 600 plan but as it is showing 1200 while making payment I'm giving it 3 Stars only.
