The app works well so far with no glitches. I have three cameras in operation expanding to five later if these work. While the app was simple and straight forward I cannot say the same for the hardware instructions. It's important to note that you must start with camera setup after you install the app. Scan the camera code with the app. 1)plug the camera in 2)look for the camera wifi and connect to it. 3) change the wifi to your network. It will reboot, then enjoy 😄🎉

I rate the app 3 stars only because it is under developed. This is an App store so the reviews should stay on the app itself, not the cheap cameras. Complain to the vendors for selling counterfeits. The app simply put works, at least for me, as if it is a "custom" app for specifically these type of "cn" cameras coming out of China. What I need in the app is you to fix the cloud related options. There are zero ways to configure anything cloud. Some cameras do send data to china ip's

Keep change back to 720p after select 1080p. SD card files cannot be transferred to the phone. No time shown on the video. Too difficilt if you want to find the file you want to playback as each file is 1 minute. It doesn't guarantee it records all the time. No motion detection. Can't see anythung in the dark even though infrared selected.

Bought a black round wifi cctv falsely advertised as V380, rec in 240p, 1 min clip. Cant view video on phone. No motion detect, no notification. Tried old apk 3.7-4.5, disconnect frequently, lots of settings in app dont work. Version 5.1 disable lots of useless settings, now connection is steady. If u want cheap hphone remote surveillance when not home, is acceptable. It works without sd card, runs cool without it. Nonstop record heat it up, will damage sd n device, burn dwn yr house. Ads free.

This device unlike other device I've been using doesn't have night vision, need serious improvement before I can personally recommend it to any one I'll have to return the one I bought

what happen? all of a sudden the app cannot record automatically anymore.. please fix i like the app and the unit at first. but a few weeks later it all messed up. can you fox it? thanks a lot.

I don't understand why the lights are blue and the mode light stays run? It was working then just stopped. Then the blue light flashing blue o stays blue? I already have come camreas but wanted to try these ones because they are wireless

Freezes after a few seconds of viewing live. can't save recorded videos without physically removing SD card every time. Very poorly done app and no development or improvements made.

Could this be the reason for time outs and connection problems Server Doesn't Exist Server timeout errors can be caused when a program tries to connect to a server that doesn't exist. The server could be offline or the program could have the wrong address. The server could be put back online or moved to the request location, but as far as the device is concerned it's looking for something that isn't there. These errors can be fixed by correcting the address if the server exists

Not intuitive at all. Direct wifi to camera keeps disconnecting. I don't need it to be connected to my router. Can't remove any videos in the "Remote" folder. Whatever the "Remote" folder may be. I just want to record to my SD card. Can't add camera with the "+" sign. Need to click on the magnifying glass first.
